Open iT^®LICENSEOptimizer™ is the greatest innovation that Open iT^® has brought to the license metering market. Through Open iT^® LICENSEOptimizer™ it is possible to go past simple statistical evaluation of licenses. Through a user friendly interface it is possible to optimize usage of the licenses.

Open iT^®LICENSEOptimizer™ monitors activity levels of installed softwares on Windows, Linux and UNIX, freeing unused licenses for other users that need them or projects that have a high priority.

How it works:

Open iT^®LICENSEOptimizer™ identifies software usage monitorig the CPU, I/O components, mouse and keyboard activity based on minimum preset activity thresholds. Once a software that is open but unused is identified the user will be asked if he wants to terminate usage of that license. In case the user wants to terminate usage, Open iT^®LICENSEOptimizer™ "freezes" the license making it available for other users.

Open iT^®SYSTEMAnalyzer™ is therefore a very useful tool to have all of the company computers under control and allowing more precise purchases closer to the actual needs of the company.

Using this module it is possible to know for each computer or for the whole computer network the following information:

RAM saturation
